This PharmaPendium database is owned by and operated for Elsevier Properties SA, a Swiss company with registered office at 3 Espace de l’Europe, 2000 Neuchâtel, Switzerland ("Elsevier").

By accessing or using the PharmaPendium database including the supporting website (all together the “Database”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below ("Terms and Conditions"). If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Database.

Elsevier reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice. Please check this page periodically for any modifications. Your continued use of this Database following the posting of any changes will mean that you have accepted the changes.

1. Copyrights

All content in this Database, including but not limited to Database layout, design, images, programs, text, appearance, graphics and any other information (collectively, the "Content") is the property of Elsevier or other Reed Elsevier Combined Businesses (as defined in Reed Elsevier Annual Report; “Affiliated Companies”) or their licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

2. Use of Database

You will not use the Database in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Database, nor will you use the Database in a manner that could interfere with any other party’s use of the Database.

6. Systems Reliability

Elsevier aims to keep the Database available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and to maintain saved information. However, due to technical failures, acts of God or routine maintenance, availability may be limited and/or information may be lost. Elsevier shall not be liable for lost information or non-availability of the services.

7. Indemnification

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold Elsevier, its directors, officers, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, Affiliated Companies, agents and licensors harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Database or Content.

8. Termination

Your rights to use the Database as set forth herein may be terminated by Elsevier without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms and Conditions. In such event, you will immediately delete Data obtained from Database. To the extent permitted by law Elsevier reserves the right to terminate this agreement and your use of the Database at any time for any reason.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You hereby submit to and agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any actions that may arise under or in relation to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts Canton de Neuchâtel.
